Hi,
I am trying to monitor the CPU, Networking, and HDD space on Windows Server 2003. I am in need to use this configuration on a set of other servers, which are all the same. This is the configuration file: Code:
YLegend[localhost.CStorage]: % Disk WithPeak[localhost.CStorage]: ymw Options[localhost.CStorage]: growright,gauge,nobanner,noarrow Target[localhost.CStorage]: .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.5.1:pubic@localhost - .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.6.1:pubic@localhost / .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.5.1:pubic@localhost * 100 Title[localhost.CStorage]: Disk Space Used MaxBytes[localhost.CStorage]: 584733869 ShortLegend[localhost.CStorage]: % Legend1[localhost.CStorage]: C Drive Legend3[localhost.CStorage]: Max C Drive LegendI[localhost.CStorage]: C: PageTop[localhost.CStorage]:
C Disk Usage
YLegend[localhost.EStorage]: % Disk WithPeak[localhost.EStorage]: ymw Options[localhost.EStorage]: growright,gauge,nobanner,noarrow Target[localhost.EStorage]: .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.5.3:pubic@localhost - .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.6.3:pubic@localhost / .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.5.3:pubic@localhost * 100 Title[localhost.EStorage]: Disk Space Used MaxBytes[localhost.EStorage]: 584733869 ShortLegend[localhost.EStorage]: % Legend1[localhost.EStorage]: E Drive Legend3[localhost.EStorage]: Max E Drive LegendI[localhost.EStorage]: C: PageTop[localhost.EStorage]:
E Disk Usage
Quote:

Re: MRTG Configuration (Windows Server 2003)
Hi,
I just started using MRTG myself and it took me a while to figure this one out. I was getting the same error message. It turns out that MRTG always wants to plot two graphs. You need to combine two OIDs with the '&' symbol: .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.5.3&.1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.6.3:community@server I can't guarantee that this will work as I have still problems getting an actual graph, but at least I'm not getting the error message anymore.
