Re: Lag when connect using lan cable

Now do you connect with a cable? Is it to an Ethernet port on your wireless router? If so, what is the make and model of your router? Are there other computers on the network? Do they work OK with a wired connection? Can you connect to them OK from your laptop?

I'm guessing that something is probably amiss with the driver or settings of the Ethernet adapter in your laptop, but I'd hesitate to advise you until I have the answers to the questions.
