Light-weight proxy program?
My school's campus blocks many ports from transmission. I'm trying to play a game with others via the network, but the port is blocked. Is there a program that will capture packets at the application layer and send them out on a different port? Preferably, this wont have to be installed, since we don't have install privileges.
