Slow Download Speed

My HP Pavilion dv6000 has recently started having a much slower download speed than usual. I ran CCleaner and cleared out a bunch of temp files, but it is still running at only about 1800 kbps, as compared to about 3000 on the rest of the computers on my wireless network. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the wireless drivers, but that didn't help at all.

I am running Windows Vista 32-Bit Home-Edition

Did you check the box for old prefetch Data...in CCleaner?
