Does your laptop have a built-in wireless card?

I have had experience with Linksys, D-Link and Netgear and I really like the ease of setting up the Netgear wireless. However D-Link and Linksys have a speed booster of some sort on some of their 802.11G setup, where it will double the Data Rate some how. I don't know how well they work though. I have a linksys 802.11b setup currently in my home and not having a problem with it. But I do notice a number of linksys wireless routers and AP on ebay for sale from users switching to Netgear or someone else.
