Confused PC 'freezes' when using SpeedTouch 330 modem with Belkin Wireless Adapter (F5D7050)

When using my PC to browse Wanadoo broadband (using Thomson USB SpeedTouch 330 Modem), everything is fine, but...

If I then enable my Belkin USB Wireless Network Adapter (Model No. F5D7050), the PC freezes after about 15 minutes of using the internet and wireless adapter at the same time!!!

I have spoken to Belkin, Wanadoo & Thomson who have all replyed saying they cannot help (Belkin told me to download latest firmware & drivers for modem - which didn't help)

Please help!!! It's driving me mad!

I'd suggest a different connection for one or both of the network devices. USB frequently has conflicts when used for networking, and having two USB network devices on one computer is asking for trouble.

Personally, I'd invest in an ADSL modem/router and dispense with ICS, another source for networking problems.
