Limited connectivity when upload

hi everyone i have a problem with my window vista
i am using wireless connection. The connection works just fine usually but sometimes the connection suddenly becomes limited connectivity and have a yellow triangle with a exclamation mark on the network symbol. And this usually happen when i uploads. I try to diagnose and repair when the problem occurs but it doesn't help. Then i have to restart my computer and then i try to diagnose and repair again and it says my wireless capability is turned off but i didn't touch my switch. but then windows can fix this problem by itself and then i will able to connect to internet again. after that when i try to upload or watch live streaming tv the problem will occur again. Can someone please help me to fix this problem?I would really appreciate for the effort. Please let me know if i need to provide any more information. Thanks!

I'd start by downloading and installing the latest wireless drivers for your machine.

I already have the latest version of my wireless driver.

What is the model of your router? How far away are you from your router? Do you have any other wireless devices in your home or nearby? Is your SSID set to broadcast?
