I need help with my networking assignment

does anyone live in houston i need to speak to someone concerning an assignment that i have due by the 26th, having to do with network design
I go to school online and the problem is I received my book 6 weeks into the class I am taking 2 other classes and dont have time to catch up on all the reading so i am looking for someone that wants to make $100 to complete the following scenarios

Need 17 computers to access the internet for 17 reporters who need to collaborate stories and the editor needs access to proof read before articles go out.
