ipconfig issue

Hi friends,

Namaste to all _/|\_
I am from Mumbai - INDIA
I have a strange problem ( at least it is strange to me)....I am using WinXp SP2. I prefer to use Mozilla Firefox as my browser. I used the version 2.X (Sorry I don't remember now) and all of a sudden one day my cousin came to visit me... he did something on my internet and the browser started playing up on me. For example whenever I tried to go to www.yahoo.co.in it used to take ages just to give me error like "connection to the server reset or blocked or something...(I don't remember that either...sorry) and it used to happen for many sites(not all, though!) Then it started messing up my Flashget as it started showing Zero speed for downloads. I use Airtel as my service provider and I am on their 256KBps tariff. Whenever I typed ipconfig at cmd prompt ..a strange info came on the screen... I am attaching the screenshot = ipconfigall.jpg for the same it used to be quite similiar to that even earlier. Then I called upon the Airtel Engg. and he ws surprised and I was more then him .. when he admitted that he does not have a clue of what that is... He said I should call him back when I have reinstalled my OS. I called up and this time it was someone else but even he did not have a clue(I am surprised ???). The ipconfig /all shows some tunelling.. if U check the attachment. Now after formatting and reinstalling win xpsp2 from a diff source its giving the same result... though I am able to connect to the sites... but I am afraid it will start in some days later. Kindly help me... with a step by step guidence on how to sort this issue and get the normal ipconfig.
Pleaseeeeee helllllllllpppppppp as soon as you can :((((
.. I will be obliged......Thank you

PS : the ip add is erased in screenshot on purpose
My email add is pinochhiowb@in.com / pinochhiowb@yahoo.co.in
God Bless U
