modem and router working perfect so whats wrong
I have my computer, my xbox 360 and my PS3 all hooked up to my router and modem. The 360 and PS3 are running great...When I unplug the connection from my computer and into my laptop, it's a fantastic connection. but when I plug it back in to my computer, the internet is insanely slow. I've done spyware scans and virus scans, all came back well. What else can i do?

Re: modem and router working perfect so whats wrong
How do you fix it, by rebooting?
Why not use a separate connection to the router and not unplug the computer?

Re: modem and router working perfect so whats wrong
Install a simple Ethernet switch on the cable that you're switching between the two units and plug them both in all the time.
