error oxc0000022
When i log on to the computer i get a msg which says: the application failed to initialize properly (oxc0000022). I'm still able to receive e-mails but can't get access to secure internet. I have tried restoring the system but this hasn't solved the problem. Could you please help me fix this problem? My knowledge of computers is very basic.
