Samsung Security System SMO-151QN

I just bought this item and im installing it into my office, and im trying to configure so i can watch it from the office and from my house (via internet) so far i can watch the cameras in action but im in the office and i access to the system like this (http://192.168.1.119/app/main_admin.asp) but i guess that if i leave the office and go to my home i will not be able to see anything due to that previous ip its local only. I read the manual and they say to make static ip address and the last 6 digit of my mac address and the websamsung.net address would make me able to watch it everywhere i am, but i put the mac address plus the direction and nothing happens no page responding (http://ff0000.websamsung.net) where ff0000 its the last 6 digit of my mac address and also try this http://sff0000.websamsung.net because they say to add and "s" before the mac, but still cant access. Inside system configuration (192.168.1.119) I can see that in the DDNS tab it says DDNS Server: websamsung.net and in the Domain name of this system says http://wff0000.websamsung.net where "ff0000" would be my mac address. so im confused about putting a "s" or a "w" before mac address and still get nothing to work, only local.

Please all help would be appreciated. Thanks
