Limiting Connections on Bitcomet 1.03
Trying to handle a meaty torrent through BitComet right now but it's pretty much wrecking my modem and router and I know it's because there's too many connections or the upload speed is too fast.
All the guides I've found for limiting the maximum number of connections or the maximum upload speed are for much older versions of the program and 1.03 has a vastly different menu for changing settings. Upload speeds are set to unlimited and I'm not sure how to change that to a percentage (like 80%). There's also nowhere for me to limit the number of maximum connections. I already have ports forwarded for BitComet. |
