[SOLVED] says it's connected, but it's not!

My computer says it is connected to my wireless network, but no page will load in any browser. It is XP desktop with Netgear PCI adapter and is running ZoneAlarm (in case that matters). Two other computers (both laptops) work on the same wireless network with no problems.

Also, tried connecting the nonworking computer to an unsecured neighbor's wireless network and it says it is connected, but again, no connection. So it is not my router or modem--it's the computer.

The nonworking computer is set to automatically get IP address and DNS whatever, and DHCP is enabled (I don't know what that is).

Also, this computer has previously worked on this same network--I know of no changes made to the network or the computer that started this problem.

Oh, and I tried hard-wiring to both the router and modem and the same thing happens--says it is connected fine, but no pages load in IE or Firefox.

Here is ipconfig /all output:

Re: says it's connected, but it's not!

Read somewhere that somebody somewhere uninstalled and reinstalled security software for a similar problem. I did so, and voila--internet works after reducing ZoneAlarm's levels of security from default high to medium (they were on medium throughout the problem). So maybe some other setting with ZoneAlarm was preventing internet from working, but in any case, the internet actually works. Thanks for all who posted...umm...

Well, in the middle of the night for those two hours, I was sleeping, don't know about the other folks here.
