IP address
Hi to all
i got a friend tat claims he can traced IP address through his blog, i was wondering. Is it really possible?? I did try and challenged him, the IP address he gave me is wrong. But is it possible to traced IP address just by visting blog. thanks |

Anytime you go to a site, they can track your IP address. It's a necessary part of connecting to the Internet.
![]() As long as you go to reputable sites, there is no problem. You can't trace an IP address by just visiting a site, only the site administration has access to that information. We only bother with it if there's a problem user, normally I could care less what the IP address of all the visitors is.

None really. My IP address is 72.94.36.240, I have no issues in revealing it. If you get past the two firewalls that are in place, I deserve whatever I get.
![]() Seriously, hackers don't target specific IP addresses, they scan thousands looking for vulnerable machines. Knowing a specific IP address is rarely of any use.
