Linksys wireless network help

I've recently setup my new linksys router model WRT54GL. Several computers are connected to the Internet, some wireless, some through cable.

However, I want to enable file sharing between all the computers connected to the router. Furthermore, can I also set it up so that I can control one computer using another? A guide would help a lot.
