More Router woes

Thanks for your speedy solution to my earlier problem, but now I need to sort out the original problem which I cocked up in the first place.

Basically, I am trying to connect my sister's pc to my net through a DIR-301. It originally connected when I plugged it in to the router, but not by Wifi. Now it does neither. I reset the router after getting rid of the MAC Filter I set up like a fool, which has been the only change I can think of. I disabled the firewalls and such like. Strangely enough, this pc does connect through the router, but my sister's laptop doesn't. We know the network card works, as her computer can connect directly through the main modem. Here's her computers IPconfig lark...

Windows IP Configuration

In addition, I can no longer access the router itself to configure anything, here's my PC's stuff.
