LAN Connection Not Working
Hi,
I'm connected to my roommate's Linksys BEFSR41 router by LAN cable, and my computer recognizes the connection. The "Internet" light on the router is lit, so I know it's properly connected, but when I try to access the internet nothing happens. Firefox's loading bar stays completely empty, eventually the page times out and there is no exchange of packets on the connection. I can't seem to figure out the problem. Any ideas? |

Re: LAN Connection Not Working
press windows key + R on the keyboard and then type in cmd in the box and hit enter. Now in the black window type: ipconfig /all and hit enter. Copy the output to the forum and let us have a look.
