Asante IntraCore 3524 Switch, Lost p/word
I purchased a used Asante 3524 switch and am unable to get into the switch to setup VLANs ect because it is passworded. I have tried all the normal resources such as the default password of Asante, support at asante.com, and internet searches to reset the switch to defaults. Does anyone know how to reset this switch to defaults or clear the password?

I have already tried this manual and the user manual and could not find any info to reset the switch or password. It did mention changing the p/w from the default with a console connection, but the p/w has been changed from the default so I can't do it that way. I have tried contacting the seller and am waiting for a reply. Thanks, Rick |
