Weird problem with my NETGEAR router

I have it for a few months now it was working just fine.
The model is WGR614 i have my laptop connected via wireless and 2 more PCs by cable.
They all were working just fine, but something must have happened and one of my cable connected PCs which OS is Linux doesn't work like before.
We host a gameserver on it with a MySQL db and now we can't access the machine. I can control/enter it only at local and this is very very bad.
I tried unplugging my router, bringing back to fabric settings and more stuff, but nothing helped.
The MySQL server starts for like a few seconds and then I guess the router stops it from being global and it can be used only at local.
Can someone help me on this one? I'm very confused about this I don't have any idea why it happened and what more can I try to resolve it.

This sounds like a machine/OS issue, not necessarily a networking issue or something with the router.
