Lag spikes?
I have been try to solve this problem for a couple weeks now and i am stumped. OK so it happen after I came back from visiting my mom, my dad formatted my hard drive to get rid of a virus so I was reinstalling drivers and when everything was set up I starting playing some games with my step bro when i noticed all these lag spikes that really screwed me up in LAN games and online games but my step bro doesn't lag at all. Well I thought it might be my very old motherboard because it never liked my Trendnet pci card but I have always had trouble with this card in every machine I put it in anyways I was getting upgrades soon so I just waited. When they came I put it together put the pci card in there but it crashed my computer
so I gave up using that and I grabbed a spare Buffalo usb adapter and I had the same lag spike as before with a different adapter I even switch with my step bro he has the exact same wireless adapter as me but I still have the same issue but he doesn't get any lag spikes at all I have messed with network settings and driver settings but nothing works![]() i think this guy had the same issues as me Lag Spikes w/ Linksys Wireless Adapter |
