network problems

I'm on a pentium3, 550 mhz, 384 ram

I'm hooked up to a Linksys router via Blitzz Wireless USB Network Card. For some reason, it just slowed down out of nowhere, and the problem isn't very clear. It slowed down from about 200kb/s to ~20kb/s. Here's a pic of a graph I took while downloading:

It seems it's getting interrupted somehow.

My upload rate is about the same as it was before the problems (~15kb/s), but it also experiences interruptions.

Also, the router was fully reset, but the problem persists.

What could the problem be? Another computer on the same router works just fine.

there may be interferrence with the 2.4ghz operating frequency. Some of the older 2.4ghz phones I know caused problems. But oyu may want to check to see wha tothe electronics are next to your router (or more probable) your adapter. since you have a usb network adapter, try moving it further away from all of your electronics (monitor, comp, speaker, amp....) and as always... check for new drivers.

It could be interference, and it could also be someone else leeching your bandwidth. Did you set up encryption on the link?
