M2N-VM DVI & internet issues

Long story short, have issues with M2N-VM DVI and internet. Nothing helps. System installed numerous times, changed EVERY component with equal, scanned with every existing AV programs. Internet simply won't work. At least not longer then 5 min. And that's if it chooses to connect.
Any ideas? PLEASE!

Do you have a router? Or is it a direct connection to the modem from your computer?
