Wireless lan problem

Dear All

I have recently loaded XP in my acer aspire 3610. My wireless lan is not working after that, i have also installed the drivers available at acer support. The hardware is not detected by system.

What can be the possible reasons for that please help me out.

The card is probably not turned on.

On the front of your laptop, there are several, small buttons. The 2nd from the left is the one to toggle on/off your wireless card.

when the button is pushed the message comes "No Device"

Hold the Windows key and press R, then type devmgmt.msc

Please respond to all the following steps.

Under Network adapters, please tell me all the devices listed.
Are there any devices under Network adapters that have a red x displayed?
Also, are there any devices anywhere in the Device Manager display with yellow ? or ! displayed?
