iTunes Sharing

Hello everyone, I tried looking for this issue on the site and I could not find something similar. Please forgive me if I overlooked.

I have a desktop with Windows XP. It has all the music from my iTunes library. It has CA Security Center.

I have another desktop with Windows Vista. It shares music wirelessly with the Windows XP with no problem. It has CA Security Center.

I have a laptop with Windows Vista. It cannot share music with the desktop with Windows XP (or the other Vista computer for that matter).

I have all the necessary options on iTunes filled out. But nothing shows.

The Windows XP can recognize my laptop but when it comes time to open it says it is being blocked and to try the firewall program.

But this is the thing, the laptop and other Vista desktop have the same firewall options. The desktop Vista can get iTunes just fine while the laptop can't.

What can I possibly do about this? I am so stumped. And they want me to pay $59.00 for networking support from an outside company (Hewlett Packard).
