Unidentified network Windows Vista 32-bit home edition

I am having trouble connecting to my internet it keep on saying "Unidentified network"....how do i fix this ...i ran command prompt and this is what i got

and all i want to know is how to fix this "UNIDENTIFIED NETWORK" from my DSL SPEEDSTREAM 4100 and its configuration ip is 192.168.0.1 and its not wireless.....
