[SOLVED] Vista Business can ping network but not map a drive

Hello All,
I have a user on vista business, was working fine, is in a workgroup and this morning could not see his mapped drive. I tried to map a drive and it cannot see the network. I can ping the server and gateway with no problem. Supposedly, no changes were made other than he deleted a shortcut to the share on his desktop. Assistance would be appreciated.

Hold the Windows key and press R, then type CMD to open a command prompt:

In the command prompt window that opens, type type the following commands, one at a time, followed by the Enter key:

NBTSTAT -n

IPCONFIG /ALL

Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter.
