internet connection sharing woe
Hello, i have a laptop which i get wireless internet from from ym downstairs, and i also have a PS2 which i would like ot connect to the internet from my laptop, but when i use the ICS thingy in windows vista networking page, it doesnt work, i tried temporarly shutting down my firewall to try it too, and nothing works. am i doing something wrong? please help

Just bridge the connection on the laptop, don't use ICS.

whne u say bridge, u mean click the 2 connections, right click, and selet the bridge option, becuase i tried that and it said i cant bridge if one of the connections is on the internet or something like that

Hold the Windows key and press R, then type CMD to open a command prompt:
In the command prompt window that opens, type type the following command: IPCONFIG /ALL Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter. Paste the results in a message here. If you are on a machine with no network connection, use a floppy, USB disk, or a CD-RW disk to transfer a text file with the information to allow pasting it here.
