Bridging 2 routers

Well, I just purchased a XBOX 360 and I need to be able to get it online for multiplayer.

I am wondering if I can use this old BT wireless modem router (which the internet is dead on it) to connect to our Belkin wireless router as a bridged connection if its possible.

If I cant, I am going to have to move the thread to Gaming and see if I can bridge the XBOX to use my wireless card in the PC as the NIC is onboard and not being used.

You can simply bridge the wired and wireless NIC's in the PC to connect. This will allow you to have what will look like a direct connection to the router and get a different IP address for the XBOX. However, you can't use that BT as a wireless bridge, they operate in infrastructure mode only.

So, what you are saying is that if I plug the Xbox into the rear of the PC, I can bridge them connections (LAN and the Wireless card) to allow the xbox to communicate with the router.

I believe this is similar to what VMware does.
