Somewhat Connected with errors
Its similar to me too,im on pc,cable internet,and it started few days ago,torrents go at full speed,skype,icq is allright,but i cant load pages,it just keeps loading forever,no timeout error or smth,just loading.Could this be a virus?would rewriting windows help this?and yes,i have cleared DNS and cookies

I've split your posts from the other thread.
You have serious line quality issues, either the modem, cable to the modem, or the ISP is having issues.

Just look at the tests, you're dropping 10-20% of the packets.
