[SOLVED] Church Projector over LAN

I have 2 NEC projectors (LT245, LT265) I want to control them with a Laptop over the LAN already in the church. I can't seem to find anyone to come to the church and show me how to do it and I am not very computer savy. The Projectors apparently need IP address and I have no clue how to find them or assign them. my problem is also exacerbaated(sic) by the fact the install cds seem to be misplaced and the downloads available from NEC make no sense to me. any ideas?

Do you have the user's manual? Here's a link to the manual:

http://www.aboutprojectors.com/pdf/nec-lt245-manual.pdf

Here's the link to get the software: http://www.necdisplay.com/SupportCen...6-a3f8dde526fe

I'm not sure what your issue is, I'd start by downloading all the stuff and doing some reading.

Re: Church Projector over LAN

Thanks for the links, I have managed to get a handle on the situation and found a signal amp/splitter that solves the problem. The NEC site had lots of resources.
