Ok I have Three yellow question marks on my network controller and pci modem and some other one. I can not get online with my laptop. I have a Dell Latitude C600. What do I need to do?

Please ignore the previous advice, because it comes from left field, and will CERTAINLY not solve you problem!

What has happened is you're apparently missing your network drivers. Using the service tag # on the Dell, go to the Dell support site and download and install the chipset and network drivers.
