How to determine unauthorized use on wireless internet
Hi there....
I hope i have out this in the right section.... Please forgive me i haven't... I am wanting to know if there is a way to know if anyone is using your wireless internet... I have a home network pc 'wired' and laptop 'wireless'.... i'm still new to this and have all of my encryption blah blah..... but i am told it can still happen.... Is there a way of knowing there and then id someone is accessing it? I live in an area that would not surprise me if this was going on... if you know what i mean.... Thank's in advance.... |

Re: How to determine unauthorized use on wireless internet
Enable WPA encryption with a strong key, and I can assure you that nobody will be using the wireless network.
You can check the wireless connection status in the router's configuration pages to see what connections are in use.
