allocating memory at start up

Hi does any one know if it is possible to increase the allocated memory to the windows log in?

I am getting a program to run prior to the windows log in and it boots and runs ok but when additional elements of the software are called it crashes as if perhaps it runs out of memory?

If this can be solved it will open up a method for physically disabled users to log in despite their physical access difficulties.

I really doubt it's out of memory. You might consider checking the virtual memory settings, but Windows is actually very good about managing memory.

Thank you I will have a look, if its not memory do you have any other thoughts as to why its not working?

Well, crashing can be almost anything, I doubt we can troubleshoot this from a remote location.

Does the application run if you launch it later after the boot?

Yes it runs fine after log on.

I think I'd get one of the startup managers that delays applications for a set period of time and just give the machine a couple of minutes to boot before the application is started.
