[SOLVED] Slow Serve Response

Does anyone have an idea on what is causing this?

I have 5 mobile RF computers linked to a corporate network via 900 mhz ethernet. Once power is applied in the vehicle the computers can instantly ping the base station though the server on the copper side of the LAN does not instantly respond and may take up to 15 minutes before it is pingable. If anyone can point me to what is causing this I would appreciate it.

Not nearly information to even hazard a guess.

Turned out to be the security on the port of the cisco router, only allowing one MAC address at a time... Turned off and everything works well.
