Wierd results from tracert, what do u think
Hey guys,
Ok so i just arrived to my parents house to find they have a terrible internet service and a crappy Hawaei Echolife HG510 router, while playing warcraft iii : the frozen throne. with huge ping (150-250) i randomly drop from the game, what happens is that the image freezes althought no countdown or "disconect from host sign appears", only the screen freezes and i can continue to read the chat and all, so i wait the 60 sec for it to drop me, im still in battle.net, still in vent, msn , internet working perfectly, it just drops me from games either bnet ladder games or custom hosted games. I did the traceroute thingy to find out this ... Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600] (C) Copyright 1985-2001 Microsoft Corp. Re: Wierd results from tracert, what do u think
Register at DSLReports and run their Line Quality Tests. Post the results link from the top of the test display page here.
The link to post is near the top of the page and looks like: If you wish to post this result to a forum, please copy/paste this URL http://www.dslreports.com/linequality/nil/2357195 <- sample only, yours will obviously be different! and your IP will be disguised. Copy/paste that link here.

Re: Wierd results from tracert, what do u think
Well, you have some packet loss on the West Coast test, and the ping times seem high. Try a couple more of them and post the links as well, I'd like to see if we can develop a pattern of what's happening.
