forgot i need to secure wireless network

i am using windows xp home and i need to secure my linksys wireless router it is hooked up but i cant figure out how to secure it i have done it before though forgot

What is the EXACT model of the router. Excellent instructions for wireless security settings can be had here, pick your router from the list: http://www.portforward.com/english/r...outerindex.htm
