Sharing Issue With Network

Hey guys this one machine has 2 lan cards one connected to the main network and the other lan card connected to this other computer thus another network...now wat is happening is tht wat i share on the machine with 2 lan cards get shared on the entire network as well is there anyway by which i can share a particular partition on only the 1 to 1 network without the others seeing it and be logged on on both the networks simultaneously

What version of windows on the machine with the shared resources? XP-Home, XP-Pro, Vista, what?

I don't know about others not seeing it, but as long as the machines on the network have unique login credentials, you can use file/folder permissions to limit who can access the drive.

this one machine has 2 lan cards connecting to one workgroup called"workgroup" and another workgroup called "MSHOME" now wat i am sharing for eg my D: is coming in both the workgroups as shared i want it to only be shared by the mshome workgroup...i dun understand wat u mean by uniquiqe login if thts the computer name then yes each pc has a unique name ....can u please explain further as how i should do it
