weird lag problem

i have this unusual lag problem with my wireless network, when im playing in game (counter strike 1.6/source (thats the only game i play)) i get lag spikes every 2-3 mins and its really really annoying. how do i fix this? (p.s.: i will post a video to show u what it looks like after its done uploading.)

Try changing channels on the router, it's the first step.

have you tried recreating the wireless connection,
