Hey, I just recently got verizon Fios, yaaaay Right?....WRONG! I have it and I keep getting disconnected for about thirty seconds every ten Minuts or so and everythin g on interenet gets disconnected then The internet comes back on..I have had no problems with this with my Old ISP so im not sure whats wrong..If upadated my drivers tested different ports ( Cat-5 System) So i have multiple jacks in my room and nothing seems to work its very frustrating could anyone help?

Re: Verizon Fios Problem!!
First step would be to call Verizon! I've had FiOS for about a year and a half, and the only outage so far has been a tree taking down the fiber up the block. They are very responsive to issues.
Do you have the entire package of TV, phone, and Internet, or just the Internet package? What are the EXACT indications on the Verizon router? Do you see the connection drop on the ONT box?
