Buffalo WBMRG54 - Lost ADSL
Recently upgraded to "8mb" max with Tiscali. Buffalo worked fine for while then ADSL indicator light failed to come on properly, therefore unable to connect to internet. Buffalo previously worked fine on 2mb speed.
Tiscali confirm line is OK and I can connect temporarily wirelessly on neighbours unprotected connection. When rebooting, ADSL light appears very faintly but goes out completely after a few seconds. Test function reports: Testing Ethernet LAN Pass Testing ADSL syncronisation Pass Testing ATM OAM segment ping Fail Testing ATM OAM end to end ping Fail Ping Primary DNS Fail. Ive emailed help emplate to Buffalo last week but no response. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks |

Re: Buffalo WBMRG54 - Lost ADSL
Well, it sure sounds like the router bit the dust. I'm not sure what help we can offer, other than suggesting a replacement.
