DESPERATE: connection issue-video or downloading stops midway

I use Verizon DSL, and due to the customer services' incompetence, I have not managed to solve my connection issue. The connection frequently breaks off. Most of the time when I'm on youtube or other online streaming site, the video will get stuck and stop loading. Even after I tried reloading it, it would get stuck again at some other spot. Many times when I was downloading files, it would stop downloading midway. Sometimes when I'm browsing websites, and I clicked on a link, it would just say "loading" while not load at all. The modem (Westell 6100) is directly connected to my computer, and there are five lights on the modem: power, ethernet, usb, dsl, and internet. Whenever there is web activity, the internet light usually blinks at the same time. Now whenever there is a connection problem, the light stays solid the whole time. However, at the moment that a video stops streaming, and I opened another window to go to a website, it did load successfully. So that means the connection only breaks off selectively. Also, the dsl light is solid the whole time, which means I'm connected to the internet.
So far, I've tried clearing my cache, reinstalling my browsers, deleting Kapersky (I thought it was the culprit for blocking the connection.), resetting my modem and router, and the problem persists. I need help, serious help. I tried calling the CS many times, but they never give me any solution. I tried asking elsewhere (yahoo answer), but that was fruitless. I hope the specialists here can provide me with an actual solution. Thank you in advance.

Register at DSLReports and run their Line Quality Tests. Post the results link from the top of the test display page here.

I registered for the line quality test, but it always says "sorry, the queue is full." Is there any other way?
