Connection Through Router -.-

I have a Linksys WRT54G router, and my computer in the other room when it tries to connect stays on for a moment or so, and then loses connection.. if connect at all.

What seems to be the problem?

Make sure you have the wireless network card drivers installed on the computer. Is this a laptop or desktop computer? Can other computers connect to the internet through the wireless router?

It's a Desktop computer, and it's connected fine to a wireless connection before, but after it was placed inside.

Originally it was somewhere around the neighborhood, but now it just wont.

Have you tried changing channels on the router? Sounds like wireless interference to me.
