Equipment recommendation please
I need to setup a wireless LAN. Could someone recommend a wireless router and network card with the longest range possible for the job. Or, would most wireless routers do the job?
My laptop is in a guest house just outside of my home. I would estimate the distance of coverage needs to be 50 feet and that is going thru 2 exterior walls (one from my home and one from my guest house) luckily there is a nice size window on both exterior walls. The walls are made of stucco. No concrete blocks. |

I'd look for 802.11n or at least a MIMO 802.11g router and matching adapter.
