Have questions on mobile texting networking
Hello everybody. I have been trying to create this website I had in mind. It has some demanding necessities. It needs to basically send from an online database specific pieces of information upon request from a cell phone to the same cell phone and also take web updates to the data via a specific admin cell phone.
Basically it needs (if possible in anyway) to do this => user sends a text message,(word or number) from a cell phone to site => website somehow receives this request, verifies that the person's cell# is indeed in the list of registered users (also in the website) => website retrieves appropriate data to send via mobile text messaging to the members phone. Also, I being an administrator would need to be able to automate updates to a website list of numbers via mobile texting or (email?) to the website. Example: I go out and change a lock code and I would need to send a new number code to the site and tell it which public "lock" needs to be changed almost immediately. The site would take the text message, scan the information and plug the variables into a script that would update the site automatically via text and henceforth text back the new information almost instantaneously to members who need it. Is this feasible?? It would be awesome if this was. To reiterate. I'm just trying to make a webnetwork of data that is accessible by anyones registered cell phone and also request to update that same information via a cell phone also. I hope you can help! |
