[SOLVED] "Limited or no connectivity" Vista + Vista network sharing

Hi all,

Ive ran into a problem, recently upgraded my motherboard to a Gigabyte N650SLi-DS4L with on-board Nforce 6 LAN adapter.

Also i have installed a realtek RTL8139/810x NIC card into the same machine to get Internet connection sharing

The path to my machine is like this

|---------Mates PC (vista X64)
ISP-----Netgear 614v2 router----My PC (Vista X64)----My Wifes PC (Vista X32)

My Nforce networking controller is set to share the Internet connection. My Wifes PC is using Nforce2 networking controller. recently I've been suffering the dreaded "limited or no connectivity" problem

If i set the Realtek to "set ip automatically" it comes back as "limited or no connectivity" (169.254.x.xx) if i manually set the IP to 192.168.0.8 for instance, i can see her PC but she can not share my connection through my Internet connection,

My PC and my friends PC is unaffected by this, its just the realtek card that is having the problem.

I have tried

-repairing the connection
-disabling and enabling the network card (realtek)
-changing cables and connection sharing to the Nforce 6 and back
-netsh winsock reset catalog
-install windows XP on her pc
-install windows vista X32, on her pc
-setting my own IP on hers and the Realtek (works for seeing but not sharing)
-Updating the realtek drivers

Only thing i can not do, is connect her PC to the router directly

At one point it was working but suddenly now it isn't

Here is my IP config all from My PC
