When did this start happening? Did you try reloading the chipset drivers, then the network drivers?

most of the time this issue occurs when two devices claim the same IRQ on their resources. An IRQ number(Interrupt request number) is how every piece of hardware that deals directly with the processor calls for the processor's attention. you can see this by going to start > R-click on my computer > manage > device manager > double click item > resources <. it'll be in the list of resources what IRQ's it occupies. if you really want to know, the best way is to find the hardware with the error, find its IRQ, and search through everything else you have to see what else uses the same IRQ and there's your 'problem driver'
