wireless network connection not connected

I am using Inter(R) PRO/wireless 2200BG Network connector in my WINDOWS XP system ( Dell insipiron laptop).

This one was working fine till today morning and all of a sudden it is now complaining it is not connected. And also it is not showing any wirless networks in the network list.

I tried the repair tool for this device and is not working. I tried disabling and enabling the wirless network connection which also did not help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

regards,
M.Mohan

Re: wireless network connection not connected

Start, Run, devmgmt.msc

Under Network adapters, please tell me all the devices listed. Also, are there any devices anywhere in the Device Manager display with yellow ? or ! displayed?

Also, I'd like to see this.

Start, Run, CMD to open a command prompt:

Type the following command:

IPCONFIG /ALL

Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter.
Paste the results in a message here.

If you are on a machine with no network connection, use a floppy, USB disk, or a CD-RW disk to transfer a text file with the information to allow pasting it here.
