connection issue

ok so I have this problem. I play online computer games (call of duty 2, call of duty 4) and while I'm playing my internet cuts out all the time. I "lag out" and get a connection interrupted signal. I get this lag out problem every 30 seconds to 2 minutes for about 5-15 seconds and it gets rather annoying. So I called my isp he took my router model and a bunch of info and he did a "line check" and he said the router and everything is fine and my computer is receiving the high speed signal so the problem wasnt on their end. So *** could the problem be?? any ideas?

Please supply the following info, exact make and models of the equipment please.

Make and model of the broadband modem.
Make and model of the router.
Connection type, wired or wireless.
If wireless, encryption used, (none, WEP, WPA, or WPA2)
Make/model of your computer.
Version and patch level of Windows on all affected machines, i.e. XP-Home (or XP-Pro), SP2, Vista, etc.

Also, please give an exact description of your problem symptoms, including the exact text of any error messages.
