Lag spikes...

Hey guys, so for some reason my connection is lag spiking to roughly 1000 ms around every 4 or 5 hops. I've read in a couple of places that it may due to Wireless Zero not working very well and I was advised to use the configuration software that came with my router. Unfortunately, I my router is integrated into my Qwest DSL modem model 2700HG-D Here it is and no driver was given to me by Qwest and their brilliant tech support people just get confused when I talking about Wireless Zero or anything else. So if anyone can help me out with finding an alternative file, I would appreciate it, or if anyone has any other advice on resolving this problem I would be very thankful. This is really ruining my multiplayer gaming experience :( .. here is a copy and paste of the ping results I get from pinging google.com if that helps at all...
